All information of your Bisous Maman account is used exclusively within the framework of your transactions with Bisous Maman. You have a right of access, modification, correction and suppression of the data at any time

5.a. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
You can place your order at Bisous Maman by Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The ordering process is composed of 5 successive stages. Once product selection has been carried out, and the basket validated, the Customer must:
– clearly identify the products selected with the options of colors, sizes,… indicated on the www.bisousmaman.com site;
– indicate the quantities requested;
– identify himself, either by entering his Customer number and password which are strictly personal to him, or by giving all the information usually requested for an inscription online;
– indicate clearly information necessary for the delivery. This relates in particular to the precise address of delivery, as well as possible restrictions of accessibility of the place of delivery (building, floor, door-codes, etc);
– finally, indicate the selected mode of payment.
Once the mode of payment is selected, the Customer must proceed with payment of his order on the secure server, which will formalize the sales contract with Bisous maman in a firm and final manner.
5.b. I MADE A MISTAKE. I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER IN PROGRESS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

5.c. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCEPTED?
After having confirmed your order and proceeded to pay using secure payment, an email of confirmation will be sent to you. It includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.

6. WHICH ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY Bisous Maman?
We allow you to pay online by bank card: Visa and MasterCard and by “ Cash on delivery”.
7.a. WHERE DOES Bisous Maman DELIVER TO?
Bisous Maman delivers mainly to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and for other city in Vietnam kindly send an email to contact@Bisousmaman.com.
7.b. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
For delivery in Ho Chi Minh City, any order placed before 2pm is processed the very same day. The preparation and processing time of an order may require between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation.
7.c. WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF DELIVERY?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles, in order to ensure you as fair a cost as possible. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of the delivery costs to you once you have selected the address of delivery, before the confirmation of your order.
By way of indication, the delivery costs for Ho Chi Minh City
– Less than 5km is 35.000vnd
– More than 5km, you will have to pay extra 5.000vnd by kilometer over 5 km
– Delivery is free for a minimum order of 2.000.000vnd in Ho Chi Minh City

8. WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED FROM MY PARCEL?

9. WHICH ARTICLES ORDERED ON THE SITE CAN BE RETURNED AND DEADLINE FOR RETURNING?
All the products on the site can be returned, except those marked to the contrary. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
We do not exchange or accept returns of ‘sale’ items. All ‘sale’ purchases are final.
You have 3 days as from the reception of the goods and based on the invoice date to tell us your intention to return a product to us and the reason for this return. Once we have given you a return authorization, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 7 days.
Please email your intention to return an item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your goods or based on your invoice date. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification by email may not be processed.
Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We do not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
In the case of an exchange, please include a self-addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
